JOB SUMMARY
- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES Coordinate airspace and range resources to meet test and training objectives and requirements with scheduling authorities, range resource manager, project manager, test director and/or designated representative.
Eliminate conflicts between air/ground range operations and range resources.
Responsibilities include supporting customers who are directly involved in various test and training programs for air operations, logistics, mission planning, scheduling, and coordination efforts at multiple work locations.
Oversee and assist in the development, prioritization, and implementation of daily, weekly, and monthly airspace and resource schedules.
De-conflict airspace, ground space, unique assets, and other range resources to best meet objectives to support day and night operations.
Schedule airspace for personnel, visiting personnel travel, and staff transporting material in preparation for test operations.
Coordinate availability of range resources and forecast specific mission requirements.
Align, de-conflict, and schedule mission activity and associated range resources by designated priority and time constraints.
Operate computer to input air and ground operations and resource data to produce daily range operations schedule, range resource schedule, and selected mission reports.
Extract airspace and resource utilization data for trend analysis to monitor/improve operational efficiency.
Ensure established safety and security parameters are maintained.
Provide work direction to work unit subordinate personnel.
Performs other related duties as directed.
REQUIREMENTS
- EDUCATION, TECHNICAL, AND WORK EXPERIENCE The incumbent must have obtained training from a military school or equivalent on-the-job training specific to functions of the work unit.
Must have 7 years' experience in the local work unit operations and a minimum of 10 years' experience in air operations, airspace management, or associated activities.
In addition, the Mission Ops Scheduler III must possess the following qualifications: Working knowledge of overall mission, priority assignments, scheduling procedures, and requirements of range users.
Detailed knowledge of range capabilities and limiting factors, operational security constraints, mandatory safety parameters, and support system capability.
Good verbal and written communication skills, be experienced in the use of computer terminals, and proficient in the use of word processing and integrated software applications.
Ability to work duty days in excess of eight hours, shift work, overnight stays, and weekend work to meet required schedule demands.
Incumbent is required to obtain and maintain a government security clearance and must possess a valid state issued driver's license SALARY The expected salary range for this position is $77,000 to $99,000 annually.

- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES Performs a variety of fundamental field engineering tasks under general supervision of a senior level engineer, involved in the installation, operations, testing and maintenance of electronic equipment and systems.

● You're a fully-licensed Clinical Psychologist at a Master's level or above with PSY, PSYP, or PsyD licensure (accepted on a state by state basis), a valid NPI number, and malpractice insurance.
