TITLE: Advanced Integrated Logistics Support Technician (Must be US Citizen)
MAX RATE: $30.68/hr W2 (no health benefits/no PTO while on contract-an hour worked is an hour paid)
CLEARANCE: No Clearance (US Citizenship REQUIRED)
LOCATION: Onsite in McLeansville NC 27301 (No relocation package)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
While performing administrative and technical tasks in support of ILS specialists and managers, the Advanced Integrated Logistics Support Technician will assist in the review and update of technical materials to improve efficiency and clarity and in development efforts for new and revised product and programs. Youβll be responsible for assisting in the documentation of complex specifications, requirements, contracts, policies, standards and practices along with improvising, adapting and creating operating procedures to enhance quality, cycle time and customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS:
An Associateβs degree is required plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Solid knowledge of Acquisition Logistics (a multi-functional technical management discipline associated with influencing design for supportability and planning the support infrastructure for a system by focusing on the integrated logistics support (ILS) elements and working with and across all IPTs)
In-depth knowledge of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) elements (supply support; maintenance planning; manpower and personnel; technical manuals; training and training equipment; support equipment; facilities; computer resources support; packaging, handling, storage and transportation (PHS&T); design interface; reliability, maintainability and availability (RM&A), how they interact and how they are applied across a program, their effect on a system, plus how a systemsβ design and changes affect the ILS elements)
Ability to generate documents, create spreadsheets and accomplish analysis of spreadsheet data
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
Ability to work independently as well as a team.
Perform tasks associated with shipping and receiving.
Perform basic stockroom functions.

The IT Project Manager leads technology initiatives across Engineering, Quality, MES, Laboratory, and Specification Management domains. The role partners with business and IT stakeholders to understand needs, define requirements, propose optimal solutions, and drive change. Using a hybrid delivery approach, the Project Manager ensures disciplined execution of scope, schedule, cost, risks, and communication while maintaining compliance, validation, and quality standards.
JOB DUTIES:
- Lead endβtoβend project planning and delivery using hybrid methodologies (agile + waterfall).
- Drive requirement gathering, solution definition, and alignment with compliance, quality, and enterprise architecture.
- Create and maintain project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resource plans using tools such as MS Project and Jira.
- Manage project financials including budgets, forecasts, actuals, and variance tracking, ensuring timely approvals and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to review scope, provide updates, manage expectations, and facilitate decisionβmaking.
- Coordinate testing, deployment, cutover, and stabilization activities for assigned technologies.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and changes.
- Support organizational readiness, training coordination, and adoption of new solutions.
REQUIRMENTS:
- 10+ years of IT project management experience delivering technology initiatives in manufacturing or regulated environments
- Bachelorβs degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience with hybrid PM methodologies
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira)
- Experience managing project budgets and financial processes
- PMP, PMIβACP, or CSM certification (preferred)
- Experience with MES, LIMS, QMS, engineering design platforms, or specification systems (preferred)
