The Production/Prep Cook is responsible for preparing products, following recipes, setting up and maintaining a picture perfect, bountiful produce bar, according to Fuddruckers SER standards and procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Ability to speak, read and write using a minimual amount of the English language
• Utilizing cutting glove in accordance to company guidelines
• Must possess excellent guest service and verbal communication skills

• Ability to cross train in other areas in the restaurant

Requirements:

• Previous experience is preferred, but is not required - we will train you!
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to read and follow recipes to maintain consistency and high quality menu items.
• Must have good organizational skills
• Open to varied work schedules and hours depending on the restaurants needs
• Must be able to use to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
• Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time

• Will need to be certified on specific equipment such as a Band Saw, Buffalo Chopper, Meat Tenderizer, Mixer and Potato Peeler. (this will take place after hiring)

A growing food-grade manufacturing company is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee daily blending and packaging operations in a fast-paced production environment.

This role is hands-on and execution-focused, responsible for leading production teams, ensuring safety and quality standards, and driving performance on the plant floor.

What You’ll Do

Production Leadership

• Lead daily blending and packaging operations to meet production goals safely and efficiently
• Execute production schedules and proactively communicate constraints
• Supervise production supervisors, operators, and associates
• Support staffing, training, and performance management

Safety & Quality

• Enforce GMPs, HACCP, SOPs, and food safety standards
• Promote a strong safety culture aligned with OSHA standards
• Support audits, inspections, and customer visits

Operational Performance

• Monitor throughput, labor efficiency, yield, and downtime
• Support Lean initiatives, standard work, and waste reduction
• Coordinate with Maintenance on equipment reliability
• Maintain accurate production reporting and ERP transactions

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Quality, Warehouse, Supply Chain, and R&D
• Support production trials and new product introductions
• Contribute to 5S and continuous improvement efforts

What We’re Looking For

• 7–10 years of manufacturing experience
• Minimum 3 years in a production leadership role
• Food, beverage, or nutraceutical manufacturing required
• Experience in blending and/or packaging operations
• Strong working knowledge of GMPs and food safety standards
• ERP system familiarity (NetSuite preferred)
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Job Summary Statement:

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and directing the daily activities of production personnel to ensure efficient and safe production of solar modules. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, and a commitment to quality and safety standards.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervises and leads a team of production operators and technicians to achieve production goals and objectives.
• Coordinates and prioritizes production activities to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality solar modules.
• Monitors production processes and equipment to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
• Trains and develops production personnel on manufacturing processes, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Implements and enforces company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Collaborates with other departments such as Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Engineering to resolve production issues and improve processes.
• Conducts regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to production team members.
• Maintains accurate production records and reports for management review.
• Drives continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and standards related to solar module manufacturing.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in related field or comparable experience.
• Proven experience (3 years) as a Production Supervisor or similar role, preferably in highly automated manufacturing or related industries.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Solid understanding of quality control principles and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and manufacturing software systems.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in manufacturing.
