Job Description
Position Purpose:
The Asset Protection Specialist is primarily responsible for preventing financial loss caused by theft and fraud and supporting safety and environmental program compliance in their assigned store/multiple stores. They utilize tools to minimize loss to the Company, including but not limited to identifying incidents of theft and fraud, reviewing CCTV and exception reports, monitoring the store’s physical security, auditing the Electronic Article Surveillance and driving a shrink elimination culture in the store. Other responsibilities include: preparing accurate and detailed case reports documenting your apprehensions and recoveries, preserving evidence, interacting with law enforcement and testifying in criminal and civil court actions. The Asset Protection Specialist must report any hazardous or unsafe condition to the Manager on Duty and carry out job responsibilities in a manner that minimizes the risk of injury to themselves, other associates, vendors, customers, and the Company. They must demonstrate integrity at all times, respond to asset protection and operational concerns of all associates and remain focused on store specific business objectives while supporting key asset protection and operational responsibilities.
Responsibilities: The Family / Internal Medicine Physician will be responsible for assessing patients and providing them with the appropriate care, as needed.

Unload trucks of all incoming shipments to the distribution center
Open and unpack all shipments received
Complete inventory count and quality control checks for all incoming shipments including examining for theft and/or damage
Match incoming inventory to invoices and packing slips for proper size, quantity, color, style etc.
Ensure boxes are bar-coded / labeled correctly
Stock shelves with new inventory
Perform all other functions as required
Job Specifications
Typically has the following skills or abilities:
Previous distribution center or shipping experience is preferred
Basic computer skills preferred
Able to learn to operate wave machine, hi-lo machine, power jack, and electric lift
Must be detail-oriented, accurate, and able to multitask
Must be able to work accurately and safely under pressure
Ability to lift boxes and packages up to 75lbs
Overtime and weekend hours may be required

Compensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets.Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Position Overview
We are seeking talented and driven Lateral Associates with 3-7 years litigation experience to join our growing practice. In this role, you will work on complex securities litigation and shareholder rights matters, collaborating with teams of experienced attorneys to prosecute cases involving violations of federal securities laws.
Associates at Robbins Geller are expected to take on meaningful responsibilities early in their careers, including:
· Drafting and arguing motions in federal court
· Conducting document and deposition discovery
· Managing client communications
· Coordinating litigation strategy with colleagues
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
· Prior litigation experience in complex and/or class action cases
· Demonstrated interest in securities fraud litigation and investor protection
· Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic performance
· Exceptional legal writing skills (Law Review and/or federal court clerkship preferred)
· Admission to practice law in the jurisdiction of application (or ability to become admitted promptly)
Compensation & Benefits
· Salary Range: $205,000 - $245,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications)
