This employment opportunity is with our exceptional physician-driven, hospital-based group. Mercy Health Physicians Lorain employs more than 100 providers, which includes more than 45 primary care providers, resulting in a large network for a referral base.
Comprehensive urologic services are provided at Mercy Health Lorain Hospital and Mercy Health Allen Hospital (critical care access hospital). New graduates will be considered.

- Dedicated cystoscopy suite and support for the newest advances in minimally invasive prostate, kidney stone, and incontinence procedures

Upon hire, Flex Houseparents initially support various student homes and follow a working schedule of nine consecutive days on duty, followed by three days off. On weekdays, houseparents have unscheduled time while students are in school. Flex Houseparents eventually transition into a Placed Houseparent role, where they live and work with the same group of students in their own student home.
