St. Luke’s University Health Network is seeking a Board-Certified Gynecologist to join our Women’s Health team in Allentown, PA . This is a non-obstetric role dedicated to comprehensive gynecologic care, including in-office procedures such as colposcopy and endometrial biopsy, as well as advanced minimally invasive surgeries like hysterectomy, myomectomy, ablation, and sling procedures. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and thriving practice within a nationally recognized, growing health system. We are seeking a physician who can step into a well-established gynecology practice with strong referral patterns for robust surgical practice. This role has the potential to evolve into a leadership position, such as Chief of Gynecology, for candidates interested in advancing gynecologic care at a system level.
The position offers a Monday–Friday daytime schedule that balances outpatient visits with surgical time, includes access to blocked OR time, and requires participation in nights and weekend call for practice patients. Our ORs support minimally invasive gynecologic surgery with advanced equipment and efficient workflows for outpatient care. Call is limited to GYN-only coverage , shared among a small, supportive team. MIGS fellowship training or equivalent experience is preferred.

Highlights include:
- Developmental Pediatrics practice is designed specifically to meet the needs of patients for this specialty area, including Quiet and Observation rooms to aid in provider assessments. Robust specialty support including pediatric behavioral health, neurology, PT/OT/ST are also available to support patients.
