We are looking to bring an experienced cook supervisor to our correctional facility kitchen team in Cheyenne, WY. As a cook supervisor, you will have the opportunity to coordinate and supervise the work of employees to ensure efficiency and adherence to established standards in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Principal Accountabilities

• This role involves physical activity in a food processing environment, which generally requires a moderate amount of exertion on a fairly regular basis-involving bending, stooping, squatting, twisting, reaching, working on irregular surfaces, occasional lifting of objects weighing more than 50 pounds and frequent lifting of 10-25 pounds. This position is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions with slippery surfaces, moving mechanical parts and fast paced warm/cool environments. Personal protective equipment use is required in all areas of the facility
• Execution of automation solutions used for controlling plant process. Will involve design and configuration of control systems and oversight of electrical and instrumentation functions related to projects. Will be required to obtain knowledge of plant processes
• Design and Implement control strategies based on current best practice standards and approved components
• Work with fix/support team to identify areas in need of improvement and reliability. Provide training for completed projects
• This position requires availability for a 6 day work week

Required Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need of a Visa sponsorship
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Knowledge of PLC/HMI/Controls programming languages
• Ability to update and troubleshoot a range of electrical or instrumentation systems
• Ability to read and analyze electrical schematics
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice built to combine the stability of a hospital practice with the clinical autonomy of private practice.
This role is designed for psychiatrists who want:

• Predictable, W-2 compensation and benefits
• Flexible scheduling, control over their schedule, session structure, and patient population
• Minimal administrative burden in a fully remote, outpatient model

What your day-to-day practice looks like:

• 100% remote, outpatient psychiatry
• Lower to moderate acuity populations (ex. anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, PTSD)
• Patient population across the lifespan: children & adolescents (treated by board-certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists only), adults, and geriatric patients
• Standard session lengths (60-minute intakes, 30-minute follow ups)
• No inpatient, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), partial hospitalization care or crisis coverage
• In-house referral network to therapists
• Full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing

Clinical autonomy & flexibility:

• Control over schedule and weekly availability
• Session length within established clinical standards
• Patient population, balanced to individual criteria and preferences
• Clinical decision-making without pressure to shorten visits or increase volume

Full-time and part-time W-2 employment Total annual on-target earnings of $300k - $350k +, consisting of: - Base salary - Monthly productivity incentive (guaranteed during initial 6-month onboarding period)
Our history Talkiatry was founded in 2020 by Dr. Georgia Gaveras, a triple board-certified psychiatrist in adult, child and adolescent psychiatry, and Robert Krayn, a patient who experienced firsthand the challenges of accessing care.
