We are growing!! Our future is bright and so is yours! Luminis Health Plastic Surgery is seeking a dynamic, full-time board eligible/board certified Plastic Surgeon for our thriving breast reconstruction and general plastic surgery practice, with locations in both Annapolis and Lahnam, Maryland.

Our dedicated group of Board Certified Plastic Surgeons provide the highest standard of care at our hospital-based practice, focusing primarily on breast reconstruction as well as general plastic surgery, including both prosthetic and autologous breast reconstruction.

Requirements include:

• Board certified/Board eligble in Plastic Surgery
• Licensed to practice medicine in the State of Maryland, DEA, and CDS

Salary: $225,000
- $240,000 per year A bit about us: We are a mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) located in southern Maryland, just 35 minutes from the East Side of Washington, DC.

• Predictable, W-2 compensation and benefits

• Minimal administrative burden in a fully remote, outpatient model

• 100% remote, outpatient psychiatry
• Lower to moderate acuity populations (ex. anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, PTSD)
• Patient population across the lifespan: children & adolescents (treated by board-certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists only), adults, and geriatric patients
• Standard session lengths (60-minute intakes, 30-minute follow ups)
• No inpatient, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), partial hospitalization care or crisis coverage
• In-house referral network to therapists
• Full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing

• Control over schedule and weekly availability
• Session length within established clinical standards
• Patient population, balanced to individual criteria and preferences
• Clinical decision-making without pressure to shorten visits or increase volume
