How You Will Contribute

The Hospice Aide provides compassionate personal care and supportive services to patients in their place of residence. This role assists individuals who are nearing end of life, helping maintain dignity, comfort, and quality of life. The Hospice Aide is an essential member of the care team and delivers care in alignment with the patient's individualized Plan of Care.

This role requires compassion, strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to support patients and families through highly sensitive and meaningful experiences.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Provide assistance with at least 2 of the following ADL's including personal hygiene

• Assist patients with medication intake and prescribed exercises

• Incidental household services, which are essential to patient health care

This is a Remote-Field position in which you will work from home and utilize a mobile office/vehicle for in-person appointments. Although the primary work location is in the field, with a commutable distance from home, there will be opportunities for virtual work to be completed at home. What You’ll Do
