The Contact Center Agent is responsible for creating, modifying, and canceling guest reservations at various resort properties. Agents are required to assist guests by answering questions, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information. About the Role As a KCA Drawing Instructor, you'll teach cartoon and illustration classes to enthusiastic, motivated students eager to learn.
