The East Portland/Fairview, Oregon Veterans Administration Community-Based Outpatient Clinic is seeking a full-time Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Practice or Internal Medicine physician to join our out-patient clinic in Fairview, Oregon. This position will serve as the Primary Care Clinical Practice Manager Physician. As part of the Portland VA Medical Center, you will provide services within an integrated network of care facilities and a distributed system of outpatient clinics and hospitals across Oregon. The primary care provider will function as a highly skilled, independent care provider in patient management, working within an interdisciplinary care team with access to state-of-the-art medicine and the most advanced medical technologies available.

The Health Care Clinic operates under the PACT Model (Patient Aligned Care Team). The PACT team provides comprehensive care for our Veteran population, covering diagnoses, care, and treatment of both acute and chronic conditions. Common conditions include diabetes, hypertension, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, degenerative arthritis, depression, congestive heart failure, and chronic pain. The position is Monday through Friday with no weekends or holidays.

Position Overview: Northwest Permanente, P.C. is currently seeking a Spanish Bilingual Board Certified or Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join our Rockwood clinic community. Candidates should have experience with telehealth and digital health, or adaptability to incorporate virtual care into practice. Working for Northwest Permanente, our Primary Care Physicians enjoy: $425,000 – $495,000 – Projected Annual Total Rewards Value* 
  • Salary: $246,400 to $280,000
  • 21% employer contribution to retirement programs, including pension (This is not a match; NWP contributes an additional 21% of clinician earnings to retirement programs regardless of employee contribution)
