About the Position

We are seeking an Urgent Care Physician for a 24-day assignment with our client in California, beginning Mar 20, 2026. This role involves primary care for all ages, including Spanish-speaking patients, focusing on FQHC basics and rural health aspects, with shifts on Fridays from 8am-5pm and Saturdays from 10am-2pm. The physician will manage various complaints and perform minimal primary care procedures.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide primary care services with a focus on FQHC basics and rural health aspects.
- Manage multiple patient complaints during each visit.
- See patients of all ages, predominantly adults, with a requirement for Spanish speaking ability.
- Perform minimal primary care procedures, supported by other providers for full scope procedures on site.
Additional Information
- EMR: Epic
- Must be proficient in Spanish.
- Experience in rural health settings preferred.
