We are seeking an accomplished General Manager to lead all operations at a large, modern, high-volume pork processing facility. This is an executive-level role responsible for the plant’s overall performance, including safety, production, quality, engineering, maintenance, continuous improvement, labor management, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all plant operations and drive a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee production scheduling, capacity planning, and throughput optimization.
- Manage labor, yields, raw materials, and operational KPIs.
